Register with PTBoard

We'll be using PTBoard to keep our families' information private and secure. You will need an account to volunteer, check out and pay, view our online directory and view your student's class level group. 

• If you are a new parent/guardian to Root, visit rootpto.ptboard.com and click “Sign Up” in the top right corner and you will be prompted to create an account within PTBoard. 
• Enter school code 4RE55C and hit Join.

• All parents/guardians will need to update the My Student tab with current grade level and classroom information.

• After signing in, go to your name (upper right hand corner) and click on “My Profile” to enter your contact information.
• Click the Student Directory tab on the left-hand menu and click the My Student tab to add your student's information, including grade and teacher.

• Join a Classroom on PTBoard to connect with other families.
  • Click on the Class & Group tab on the left-hand menu.
  • Join the class(es) that your student(s) is in to receive classroom specific emails and updates.
  • Join the grade(s) that your student(s) is in to receive grade-level specific emails and updates.

• Download the PTBoard app on your phone. Log in with your email and password to access announcements, sign ups and the student directory right from your phone.
